understand that these shipping fees are merely estimated costs. They are based on approximations of product

In cases where the actual weight or volume of the packaged goods differs from the initial estimate, and this
results in the actual shipping fees exceeding the prepaid amount, TeemDrop reserves the right to request that

efficiency of the destination country's postal service, and unforeseen occurrences.
B. Remote Country Shipping Times
For packages shipped to remote countries and regions, shipping times are often longer. As mentioned before,
tracking information for these shipments may also be limited or unavailable during certain stages of transit.
IV. Tracking the Shipment
A. Tracking Platforms
You can easily track the shipping progress of your orders through the tracking websites provided by TeemDrop
or other reliable third-party tracking platforms. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking
number and instructions on how to access the tracking information.
B. Remote Country Tracking Limitations
For shipments to some remote countries, the shipping information may not be updated in a timely manner. In
such cases, we recommend reaching out to the local post office in the destination country for more accurate
and up-to-date information regarding the whereabouts of your package. Although the tracking details may be
sparse, the local post office should be able to provide some insights into the status of your shipment.
V. Order Processing Time

tracking updates will be available during this time. If a buyer has not received their goods, it is
recommended that you first contact the local post office in the destination country. Please note that further
inquiries or attempts to urge tracking information from third-party websites may not yield accurate or useful
results.
B. Customs Clearance Challenges
Some remote countries may pose difficulties and delays in customs clearance. Examples of such countries
include, but are not limited to: Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Nicaragua,
Eswatini, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Chile, Bolivia, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola,
Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Pakistan, Paraguay,
Guatemala, Reunion, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana. In
the event of a dispute related to customs clearance issues in these regions, please refer to the subsequent
policies of TeemDrop, as they will serve as crucial references for resolving the matter.
VII. Shipping Fee Changes
TeemDrop periodically reviews and adjusts shipping fees in line with the pricing changes of our third-party carriers. These adjustments can occur regularly or in real-time, depending on market conditions and carrier policies. Whenever there is a change in shipping fees, you will be notified via email or through a system notification on our platform. VIII. Oversized Products
A. Definition
Oversized products are those for which the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight. TeemDrop's shipping
calculation tool can be used to determine whether a product falls into the oversized category.
B. Additional Charges
If your product is classified as oversized, TeemDrop may charge additional shipping fees based on the
volumetric weight. You will be responsible for covering these additional costs. We will notify you of any such
charges during the order process or as soon as the discrepancy is identified.
IX. Reshipment
In the event that a product is returned to the sender or carrier due to reasons attributable to you, such as an incorrect address provided, inability to contact you, or refusal of delivery, TeemDrop will notify you in advance. If the carrier offers a reshipment service, you may be required to pay the reshipment fee. Failure to do so may result in you bearing the associated losses, including the cost of the product and any original shipping fees.
X. Remote Fees
To ensure the smooth and timely fulfillment of orders, especially when shipping to certain remote countries, TeemDrop may impose additional remote fees. These fees are necessary to cover the extra costs associated with expediting the shipping process or dealing with unique logistical challenges in these regions. XI. Liability Exclusions
TeemDrop shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, delay, or non-delivery of packages under the following circumstances:
A. Force Majeure
"Force Majeure" encompasses unforeseeable events that are beyond our control, such as earthquakes, fires,
snowstorms, storms, heavy fog, and extreme weather conditions; protests, terrorist incidents, traffic
accidents; changes in laws, regulations, policies, or actions, decisions, or orders of government or judicial
authorities; and violent crimes like robberies.
B. Goods-Related Defects
Damage caused by the natural characteristics, inherent defects, or normal wear and tear of the goods.
C. Customer-Induced Delays
Goods delivery may experience delays or fail to be completed due to reasons attributed to the customer. In
cases where a package cannot be delivered, such as when the customer provides an incorrect delivery address or
is unreachable, it is your responsibility to promptly contact the local courier to arrange for the pickup of
the goods. You will also be accountable for any additional costs that may occur. Should the package remain in
the carrier's overseas warehouse beyond the free-warehousing period, the carrier has the right to
automatically dispose of the package, and TeemDrop will not assume liability for any resulting losses.
XII. Prohibited Items
TeemDrop strictly prohibits the shipment of counterfeit, illegal, or restricted goods. The following items are NOT eligible for shipping:
Counterfeit/Pirated Goods:

·Pirated DVDs, CDs, computer software, or games
Restricted Medical Devices/Products:
·Laser hair removal devices, candle ear cleaners, body/facial reshaping devices
·Prosthetics, medical tests (e.g., pregnancy tests), contraceptives, contact lenses
·Dental supplies, mole disinfectants, natural fragrance burners
Drugs & Hazardous Items:
·Prescription or illegal drugs
·Baby pacifiers (non-compliant with safety standards)
Other Prohibited Items:
·Military equipment, illegal electronic devices, sex toys
·Cosmetics without listed ingredients
·Unbranded/TM/copyrighted goods
·Products harmful/violent to animals
Violations will result in order cancellation without refund, and TeemDrop reserves the right to report to authorities.
